One-to-one yoga classes can help you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga & it’s origins. If you are a beginner, it can be worth organising a private session with your instructor before joining a class, to familiarise yourself with the practice & gain some basic yoga skills.
Sessions take place at the studio. Private yoga instruction allows you to work with an instructor to tailor a session that is personal to your own needs, so you could begin to practice at home or to take away on holiday.
