What to expect at prenatal yoga?

Pregnant woman doing yogaSafe, effective & gentle, this class will guide you as you become aware of your incredibly clever birthing body. Focus is on preparing you to connect with your baby from the very beginning & to embrace a new & amazing phase of your life & the life of your new family.

You will be encouraged to really listen to your body, you may do as little or as much of the class as you feel able on each given session depending on your energy levels & you will talk to your babies, reassuring them & you that everything is just as it is meant to be. During the class time is spent strengthening the arms & legs in readiness for childbirth & early motherhood, you will also make space for baby & you by opening the side-body, shoulders & chest – always popular with pregnant mummies.
